Today’s Aurora Shooting: Three Awful Reactions

Written by Brad Phillips @MrMediaTraining on July 20, 2012 – 4:30 pm

As you know by now, a gunman opened fire during a screening of the latest “Batman” movie in Aurora, Colorado early this morning, killing at least 12 people and injuring dozens more.

At least three people reacted in the wrong way to today’s shooting. One was a journalist, another was a politician, and another managed the Twitter feed for a company.

In this video, I describe what went wrong in each of those cases.

My thoughts are with the people of Aurora. As for the rest of us, let’s hug our loved ones a little tighter than usual tonight.
